Recent government data shows that approximately 15,500 children were identified as at risk or involved in child criminal exploitation in the year ending March 2025, while national policing reports confirm there are over 6,500 County Lines currently operating across England, Scotland and Wales. These operations are strongly linked to serious violence, with 73.5% of offenders known for violence or weapons offences, underlining the importance of continued community engagement and prevention work. |
